Unprofessional massage experience
What a letdown! Everything was subpar. From the unpleasantly scented towels to the completely unskilled and unprofessional massage. I was particularly disappointed that the female massage therapist didn't seem to care for her hands properly; the calluses on her hands were really scratching my skin. I had to stop the massage. Overall, a great disappointment—everything was bad, from the smelly towels to the unprofessional service.
