    Exceptional Customer Service!

This store is truly the best. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely caring! 🫶 I've visited many locations of this chain across the island, but this one stands out for its focus on customers and the absence of any arrogant salespeople.

    Outstanding Service from Amanath

Hello SPA Ceylon team, I visited your Galle Fort boutique yesterday and was blown away by an exceptional sales team member, Amanath. His skills extended beyond just sales; he provided top-notch client service. Initially, I entered the store just to browse, with no intention of making a purchase. However, Amanath's persuasive approach led me to buy a whole range of your products. He even shared the latest offers and new items without hesitation about whether I'd buy anything. It was late in the evening, and I could tell he must have been tired after a long day! I also noticed how he helped his colleagues interact with foreign customers, showcasing his ability to speak multiple languages. When other sales members struggled to close deals, Amanath stepped in and successfully convinced those customers to buy your products. He’s an incredibly talented individual, and any store with someone like him will undoubtedly thrive. Please extend my regards to Amanath and commend him for his high standards of client service. He elevates your brand’s reputation, and without such dedicated staff, your investment in the brand could be wasted. On a side note, I had a disappointing experience when a team member at your Nugegoda store ignored my wife as she struggled to open the door while juggling an umbrella, handbag, water bottle, and phone on a rainy day. Amanath, however, is on another level entirely! Simply amazing.

Premium Beauty Experience at Spa Ceylon

Spa Ceylon is a prominent Sri Lankan beauty brand that exudes a polished and upscale vibe. The atmosphere is reminiscent of Rituals, a Dutch brand, showcasing elegant packaging, a serene environment, and carefully selected scents. Everything is visually appealing, and the fragrances are sophisticated and enjoyable, making it a delightful spot for browsing and gift shopping. However, it's important to note that the prices reflect international standards. They are on par with what you would expect in Europe, the US, or Korea, so this isn't a budget-friendly local choice. You're investing in branding, presentation, and the overall experience. If you have an appreciation for well-crafted beauty products and lovely fragrances, it's definitely worth a visit, but keep in mind that it's marketed as a premium brand rather than an affordable local shop.

    Unpleasant service experience

The products are decent, but I had to give a 1-star rating due to the attitude of a 5-foot female staff member. She seemed overly frustrated when my wife inquired about the products. Her annoyance was evident not only in her facial expressions but also through her hand gestures, which was really surprising and unprofessional behavior.

    Misleading Charges for Massage Service

I was unhappy with their extra charge for a 60-minute massage, claiming that no local therapists were available and only 'foreign' therapists could be booked that day. I went ahead and booked with a foreign therapist, paying the additional fee, only to discover that my therapist was actually local. When she asked where I was from, I replied, and then asked her the same. She answered that she was 'here from Sri Lanka.' The management tried to explain it away as a language misunderstanding, stating she was Balinese and had lived there for four years, hence her saying she was from Sri Lanka. Honestly, I would have paid whatever they charged, regardless of who provided the service. My main issue is the dishonesty and feeling deceived.
