    Exceptional stay at a unique hotel

    I've been fortunate enough to stay at many incredible hotels worldwide, but this one really stands out as a remarkable place. The restaurant terrace, lobby, and hallways exude a distinct atmosphere, filled with history and thoughtful design at every turn. The service is outstanding, with staff who truly exceed expectations, particularly the wonderful Japanese/Turkish general manager, Kaya. If you get the chance to visit, be sure to ask for Dammika, the butler; he's genuinely the kindest and most accommodating person you could meet. As always, the Aman brand lives up to its reputation!

    Delightful Afternoon Tea Experience

    My friend and I stopped by for afternoon tea today, and it turned out to be a pleasant and relaxing experience with high-quality offerings. What really made it special was the attentive and efficient service from Pramod, who answered all our questions about our tea and the hotel itself.

    Friendly service and great food

    Sureka was very pleasant and incredibly welcoming. She assisted us in understanding the menu and communicated everything clearly. We opted for a rice and curry, and I had the tuna fish, which was perfectly cooked by the chef, all thanks to Sureka.

    Charming hotel but lacks attention to detail

    This hotel in Galle boasts a charming colonial design and a great location, making it promising. However, we felt that it lacks the distinctive ‘Aman-ness’ in its overall atmosphere, and the attention to detail seems to be missing as well.
