Charming hotel with great service

This charming and cozy boutique hotel is just a short 5-minute drive from Tangalle. I couldn’t find any faults with the staff or the service. The hotel has retained its vintage charm while offering all the necessary modern conveniences, like air conditioning. The pool is fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed dinner one night, which was nice. However, I'd note that dining options nearby are somewhat limited, but Hiri is only a 25-minute drive away if you're looking for more choices.

Wonderful beachfront hotel experience

This hotel truly stands out with its lovely, bright, air-conditioned rooms and a fantastic location right by the beach. The swimming pool is excellent, and everything is kept impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always available to assist. Each evening, they prepare your room for the night by making the bed, lowering the mosquito net, and lighting a citronella candle. They also tidy up in the morning. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and dinner was amazing as well. Overall, this was definitely the best hotel we experienced during our trip in Sri Lanka, and I highly recommend it if you're in search of a touch of luxury.

Exceptional hotel with great service

This hotel is fantastic—ideally located with beautiful rooms and outstanding staff. The service was remarkable and unobtrusive; no one lingered around waiting for tips. Charming hotel with outstanding staff

Coco is a delightful hotel in Tangalle. The pool is stunning, and the shared spaces are ideal for unwinding. Our room was beautiful, and we were upgraded to one with a terrace, which was fantastic! However, the real highlight of Coco is the staff—they are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend it!

Delightful stay with incredible breakfasts

The staff were all charming, the breakfasts were outstanding, and the accommodation felt like a slice of paradise. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, located right on the beach—falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a joy. We also dined at the restaurant one evening, enjoying a three-course meal that featured Sri Lankan-style soup, local fish, and a lovely dessert. You could tell the chef put a lot of care into the food. Additionally, the building, grounds, and pool are all fantastic. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind.
