Disappointing Stay with Some Positives
To start, the rooms did not match the Google photos at all. They were in worse condition than expected, had an unpleasant odor, and we were short on blankets, which were also a bit worn. Interestingly, the bathroom doors were made of glass! 😂 Every time we used the bathroom, we had to close the room door. Additionally, one of the two bathrooms was interconnected, so you could see each other while using them. As for the food, it was the worst part of our stay. We rented the entire villa for one night, and the first meal, dinner, was terrible; it was overly salty and loaded with MSG. Breakfast the next day was too spicy and dry, while lunch was less salty. We also noticed that some chicken, spices, and dry goods we brought seemed to be misplaced. When we inquired about it, the staff's response was rude and it escalated into an argument. So, if you're considering this place for a getaway, I recommend avoiding it. They took our dry goods to prepare the food and charged us for them at checkout. The staff was rude and lacked manners. The only highlight was the pool and its surroundings.
