We had a pleasant experience during our stay. Sadakelum was incredibly helpful while we relaxed at the villa, enjoying drinks and food in the area. Despite a language barrier, he was very accommodating and made sure to correct any errors we made. Thank you, Serendipity and Sadakelum!

This is a fantastic spot! They have a pool where you can enjoy swimming to your heart's content. You can grab a drink from the bar, and they provide a towel for you. Plus, from 5 to 7 pm, they have a happy hour offering two drinks for the price of one.

We initially booked two nights but decided to leave after just one due to unsatisfactory conditions. The pool was filled with algae and had living organisms in it—there was no way I could let my young children swim in that water. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, with many items unavailable. When we requested an early checkout, we were still charged for both nights. The general manager, Anuradha Bombagalla, said he would call us back in five minutes after our first call, but he actually turned off his phone to avoid the situation. The on-site manager, Ruwan Perera, offered nothing but excuses. In the end, we had to pay in full just to leave.

We had an incredible time at this gorgeous hotel in Mirissa, Sri Lanka! 🌴✨ The property is breathtaking, ideally situated, and exceptionally maintained. The atmosphere is truly unique, allowing you to unwind right from the start. The staff is remarkably friendly, professional, and consistently attentive, making you feel welcome and cared for throughout your visit. A special mention goes to Sadakelum, who delivered exceptional service. He was very attentive, professional, and genuinely nice, which made our experience even more special. One of the highlights was our private dinner on the beach. It was beautifully set up, the ambiance was romantic and one-of-a-kind, and the quality of the food was excellent. A big thanks to Milinda for the fantastic service during dinner – everything was flawlessly organized and very attentive. Also, kudos to the chef for the high-quality and delicious dishes! We also want to commend the manager, who was always around, very helpful, and ensured all our requests were met at any time. The only minor area for improvement would be the pool, which could benefit from more regular cleaning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for such a fantastic experience – we can't wait to return! 🌊🌅

This is one of the worst places I've visited in Sri Lanka. My family (two adults and two kids) had booked a two-night stay for April 17th and 18th, 2026, well in advance, but it turned out to be a disaster from the beginning. 1. The location isn't in the main area of Mirissa beach, and this particular stretch is too rough and deep for swimming. 2. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are even smaller. In room 1, the bathroom had a bad smell and the door wouldn’t close properly. 3. The pool was filled with algae and appeared green. 4. For breakfast, we were offered bread, eggs, a smoothie bowl, and jam. There were no sausages, and the mixed fruit juice was terrible—likely made from leftover fruits. We ended up going out for breakfast instead. The worst part was when we chose to cancel our second night. They insisted on charging us the full amount. The general manager, Anuradha, initially responded but then claimed he needed five minutes and subsequently turned off his phone. They refused to acknowledge any of their faults. In the end, I paid the full amount and left feeling disgusted.

We visited for breakfast and were pleased to find a delightful selection of Sri Lankan cuisine. Every dish was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future.
