This surf school is excellent! I experimented with a few in the Weligama bay area, and this one truly distinguished itself: high-quality boards, fantastic instructors (shoutout to Sampath! 🙏🏻), and no trickery when it comes to board damage. The people here are genuine and friendly. I know exactly where to return on my next visit :-) …

I had the best surf lesson in Sri Lanka! Sampath is incredibly knowledgeable about the surf spots and takes you to the locations with the best conditions. I managed to catch so many waves with his guidance, and he's also a really nice person!

I had an amazing time surfing with Blue Wave Surf School, especially with Sampath, my favorite instructor. He provided excellent advice and really went out of his way to find the best surf spot for me. An added perk is the breakfast he takes us to afterwards! I would definitely recommend this experience!

I strongly recommend this surf school! I took numerous lessons at various surf spots and rented boards as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. This is the best surf school in Weligama.

This is hands down the best surf school in Weligama! Over our 8-day stay, we bonded with the staff who are incredibly kind and enjoyable to be around. A special shoutout to coach Samira, who got me started on hardboarding in just 3 lessons. After that, we kept practicing. Samira's positivity and cheerful nature kept us energized throughout our time there. We initially planned to spend only 3 days in Weligama, but thanks to these amazing instructors, we decided to extend our stay and we will definitely be returning! ♥️🏄♂️
