I really enjoyed my time at Beach Breeze. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the rooms were both spacious and comfortable, plus there was a shared kitchen. The location was perfect too, situated in a quieter area of town yet still near the beach and a variety of excellent cafes and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

We spent over a month here, and the owners were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy. The location is excellent—close to the beach and local eateries with affordable prices, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy city center. I highly recommend this place; it’s definitely worth a stay, even if it’s just for a few days.

This guesthouse is fantastic! It was one of the highlights of our four-month journey through Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. The room is spacious and tidy, featuring a large desk. Everything from the air conditioning to the hot water and Wi-Fi functions flawlessly. Guests have access to a lovely, well-equipped shared kitchen for cooking. Additionally, there’s a shared balcony, a washing machine, and private parking available. The location is peaceful, just a 10-minute stroll from the center and a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. The family running the guesthouse was incredibly kind, always ready to assist while respecting our privacy. We rate it a perfect 10/10. Thank you so much! 😊

We arrived to the beach breeze and cherished every moment. The rooms were spacious and very nice, and the location was peaceful and beautiful, away from the noise and bars, which was exactly what we were seeking. Thilini and Yansini, the family who hosted us, were simply wonderful, greeting us with warmth and smiles every time. We will definitely return🙂

The house is nice, well-maintained, and very clean. It features two large fridges for just three rooms, which are regularly checked after each guest leaves, keeping them mostly empty. There’s a medium-sized room and two larger ones. Everything functioned properly, and the bed was comfortable with a frame for a mosquito net, though we encountered few mosquitoes during our three-week stay. It’s about 200 meters to the beach via a shortcut. While the small road in front does have some traffic, it wasn’t bothersome in the room facing it, as it’s shielded by another small building. The other two rooms overlook the quieter inner side. The room price includes gas stoves, a kettle, and everything else, except for a washing machine. Overall, we had a really comfortable stay.

The room exceeded all my expectations – everything was top-notch. I had the opportunity to stay here last year, and I was delighted to return. It’s great to see that the level of service and quality remains outstanding. The space is clean, comfortable, and has a very inviting atmosphere. This is definitely a place I would recommend – I look forward to coming back! ☺️
