The room was really nice and exceptionally clean. It had a modern feel, looked brand new, and was quite comfortable. The owner was very courteous and friendly. I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Mirissa.

This apartment is the cleanest and most modern one we’ve experienced during our stays in Sri Lanka. I hope they maintain this standard in the future. The host is very welcoming, and we adored the host's dogs; they are adorable and friendly, and they really appreciate a bit of affection.

This place is just steps from the beach, making it a fantastic spot for dining out. The room was absolutely wonderful, and the host was incredibly nice. He even took the time to set up an Alexa for controlling the lights and air conditioning. There was outdoor seating available, and the hot shower was a lovely touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The establishment is quite clean and has a modern feel, though I would describe it more as a guest house than a traditional hotel. It consists of just four rooms, lacks a reception area, and the garden is simply the garden of the house. That said, if you're looking for a peaceful spot away from the road, with monkeys playing in the nearby trees and just a five-minute stroll to the beach, this place is perfect!

We had the best experience in Mirissa! Our room was brand new and spacious, with a large, incredibly comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Turtle Beach and only a 5-minute Tuk Tuk ride to Mirissa Beach. It was peaceful and relaxing, providing us with the best sleep we've had in Sri Lanka. Both the AC and ceiling fan functioned perfectly. The hosts were kind, helpful, and attentive. If you're heading to Mirissa, I highly recommend this place for its great value for money.

The outdoor area has plenty of space with a lovely street view and is surrounded by jungle. The air conditioning and hot water are excellent, and the host is very accommodating. This brand new place is definitely worth a visit. The rooms are spacious and it's conveniently located in Mirissa, close to the turtle beach and great fishing spots.

The location was perfect for our four-night visit. As 60-year-old travelers, we appreciated that the accommodation is tucked away on a lane off the main road, just a 300-meter stroll from Turtle Beach. It was peaceful at night, and our ground floor room was both clean and spacious. It even had an Alexa for controlling the lights and a phone if needed. The host was exceptional—nothing was too difficult for him! He even went out of his way to bring my wife extra coat hangers. The property comes equipped with its own generator, so power outages aren't an issue. The shower provided nice, hot water, and the bed was comfortable with mosquito nets. We enjoyed a small terrace with lights, a fan, and a nice view of the monkeys across the road (they didn't bother us). I can't comment on breakfast since we didn't eat there, but a bread van comes by every morning, which is great for breakfast, and a kettle is available. Overall, this was a fantastic value stay in Mirissa, and we would certainly return.
