    Delicious Dinner Experience

    This place is definitely worth a visit. We had a great dinner here! We ordered egg roti, chicken ghee rice, and kuttu roti, all of which came in generous portions.

    Delicious jackfruit dishes and great service

    Incredible food! The jackfruit dishes are incredibly tasty, and the bread is fantastic! Mangale provided wonderful service 🥰💗—thank you! The ambiance of the restaurant is also very nice and relaxing!

    Disappointing food and service experience

    This was the worst dining experience I've had in Sri Lanka, and it certainly wasn't worth the price. The owner made a ridiculous claim that I wrote this review because I asked for a discount which they refused. This is a completely unfounded response to my honest feedback about their subpar, terrible food. I received undercooked mutton and completely flavorless daal. When I brought this to their attention, the response was, "it is what it is." No offense, but if you can't serve quality food, at least learn to accept feedback instead of accusing customers of trying to bargain for discounts. If you can't handle criticism without making such claims, it reflects poorly on how feedback is managed there. I genuinely hope the restaurant improves before my next visit to Sri Lanka. The owner's attempt to save face with his discount accusation was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting.

    We had a fantastic family meal at Amma Nissa, a highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff was genuinely kind, and the food was outstanding. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and each one was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The Kidu Shoruul platter stood out—it was generous and offered a great way to sample authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The kids really enjoyed the crispy wings and fried fish, while the curries, particularly the chicken and tamarind prawn, were incredibly tasty and well-balanced. It's not often you come across a place that excels in quality, hospitality, and a true local vibe.

    Delicious Vegetarian Dishes in Galle

    This is a fantastic place in Galle! We tried the lentil dhal and a vegetarian lamprey, both were tasty, with the lamprey being especially generous. The service was attentive, the ambiance was pleasant, and the decor was lovely. I highly recommend it 😊

    Delicious Sri Lankan Curry Experience

    Rymnas provided us with excellent service, and we enjoyed some tasty Sri Lankan rice and curry (I had the vegan option), which was skillfully prepared with jackfruit! We're definitely planning to return! The atmosphere was laid-back, and the lovely air conditioning was a nice relief on such a warm afternoon!

    Incredible Sri Lankan local cuisine! I was on the hunt for egg hoppers and found them here! I highly recommend the egg hoppers, Amma chicken curry, and lamprise ❤️. Shakeela assisted us with our choices and was very welcoming.
