    Extremely unprofessional experience

    Our experience with The Dusk while trying to book a venue for a birthday was incredibly disappointing. The owner had confirmed the date and time personally and even invited us to check out the location. However, on the day of our visit, he vanished without a trace—no replies to calls or messages, nothing at all. When we finally got in touch with the manager, he claimed he was unaware of our visit and that the venue was closed. He added that the owner shouldn’t have made such promises. He requested a day to sort things out internally, and we decided to be patient and give them that chance. Things only got worse the following day. They ignored our calls all day, and by evening, we were told that the date had been booked by someone else. There was no apology or accountability, just a cold cancellation. This was extremely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend them for any significant event.
