Terrible Service at SITREK Galle
They've now rebranded to SITREK. I've used this courier service in other cities and had great experiences, but the Galle branch is the worst I've encountered. I visited twice. During the first visit, they informed me that they couldn’t promise delivery of a parcel to Hambantota within a week, which I found unacceptable. On my second visit, they asked me to bring a cardboard box from home to pack my parcel for delivery. This is the first courier I’ve seen that lacks proper delivery supplies. Both times, the same woman at the front desk assisted me. I asked for her name, but she refused to share it. Her attitude was terrible, and the service was abysmal. Employees like her need to be retrained or educated properly.
