I've never encountered a worse courier service. Their customer hotline is useless; they never answer calls. 😂😂😂 I recommend using Promt Express or any other reliable courier instead. Please avoid this one! 🙏

Absolutely the worst service I've encountered! When they say, 'we're coming tomorrow,' they expect us to wait on the street all day for them. 😂 Come on, just a quick call 10 minutes before arriving would be nice! It's basic communication, especially for a courier service. And please don’t ask if we want the parcel. If we don’t want it, we simply won’t pay! I prefer to interact politely with everyone, but these folks act like they’re looking for a confrontation. Shame on you all! 🙂

I’m really let down by this courier service. Nobody picks up the phone, my parcel wasn’t delivered, and it was sent back twice without a valid reason. This has been a very frustrating experience with extremely poor service. I’m definitely not happy.
