Fast and Friendly Courier Service
This is one of the best courier services I've encountered. I received my package in just two days! The staff were friendly, and I find other reviews to be completely off-base.

Poor Delivery Experience at Galle Branch
The Galle branch is really disappointing when it comes to delivery. I placed an order with Zoomtec worth 99,900 LKR. The rider called to say they would come today, but later informed me that the delivery has been pushed to Saturday. At this rate, I may never receive my parcel. If it gets returned, Zoomtec will take action against this. I've also filed a complaint with consumer affairs regarding the Galle branch.

Parcel delivery issues and theft concerns
I strongly advise against using their services for parcel deliveries. As a merchant, I recently utilized CityPack to send a return parcel, which was received at their branch 10 days ago. However, they have failed to return it to us and instead falsely marked it as delivered. We never received the parcel, which is valued at 14,500. It feels like they might have attempted to steal it. We are planning to report this situation to the police and the consumer affairs authority.
