    Outstanding service and quick delivery

I was extremely satisfied with my experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a Pixel 8 Pro, and while other stores only had the black version, I was set on getting it in white. Remarkably, within just one day, they managed to find the exact model I wanted. Their professionalism and speed were impressive. The device I received is genuine, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Definitely a 10/10!

Excellent Service at The 919 Mobile Shop

I recently bought the iPhone 15 from The 919 mobile shop, and it was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment I entered, the staff was very welcoming and well-informed. They took the time to answer all my questions about the iPhone 15's new features and assisted me in selecting the perfect model for my needs. The store offered a great selection of accessories, and the staff even suggested some excellent protective cases and screen guards, which I decided to purchase. Their prices were competitive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the special promotions available for the iPhone 15 launch. What impressed me most was the quick service. They activated the phone and efficiently transferred data from my old device, allowing me to leave the store with my new phone ready to go. Overall, I had an outstanding shopping experience at The 919 mobile shop. If you're looking for an iPhone or any mobile device, I highly recommend visiting them. They really know their products and care about customer satisfaction. I'll definitely return for future purchases!

Outstanding Service at The 919 Phone Shop

I've bought over five phones from The 919 Phone Shop, including my latest, an iPhone 17 and a Samsung A07. Each time, their service has left me thoroughly impressed. The customer service is top-notch, and what truly distinguishes The 919 is their after-sales support. They genuinely care about their customers and are always available to assist, even after the sale is complete. Such dedication is hard to find. I want to give a special shout-out to Rasanjana — he is by far the best phone expert I've encountered. His expertise in phones and accessories, along with his professionalism, patience, honesty, and eagerness to assist, are remarkable. 📱👏 Initially, I believed The 919 was the best phone shop in Kandy, but after my experiences, I can confidently say it ranks among the finest places in the whole country for purchasing phones and accessories.
