I recently stopped by this shop looking to buy a Pixel 9 or Pixel 9 Pro. When I inquired about the availability, one of the staff members immediately asked about my budget without even showing me a phone. If I had said my budget was 100,000 LKR, would they still have shown me a phone or directed me towards something in that price range? Typically, when someone asks for a specific model, they expect that the staff would have done at least some research about mobile phones and be aware of the price range. I'm actually relieved I decided to leave the store. I ended up purchasing a Pixel 9 Pro XL instead. I hope you can improve your customer service. I remember buying my Galaxy from your shop over a decade ago, but this experience will definitely stick with me.
