Poor timing and service experience

I had a really disappointing experience due to their poor timing. When I arrived, they were busy, and I mentioned I could reschedule for another day. They assured me that the salon would be free in five minutes, so I decided to wait for a haircut. Instead, they took two other customers before me, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, wasting my time. If you care about sticking to a schedule, I wouldn't recommend this place. They certainly don’t deserve a five-star rating for the subpar service they claim to offer.

Mediocre service at a budget salon

This salon offers low prices and has air conditioning, but there are only three chairs for waiting. Although they claim to have three barbers, they often step out for smoke breaks, which means that typically only two customers can get serviced at a time. The quality of their work is just average—not terrible, but definitely mediocre at best.

Disappointing Experience at The Perfect Salon

I had a really frustrating experience at The Perfect Salon and feel I need to warn others about it. I called ahead to confirm my appointment, and the person I spoke with clearly told me to arrive by 5:30 PM. I got there at 5:33 PM, just a few minutes late, yet I ended up waiting until 6:20 PM, assuming they were just running a bit behind. To make it worse, someone who came in after me was taken for a haircut before I was, without any explanation or courtesy. I felt completely ignored, which is not just unprofessional but also very disrespectful to a customer who had confirmed their appointment and arrived nearly on time. My time was wasted, and there was not even an apology or acknowledgment of the situation. This kind of disregard suggests that the salon doesn't value its customers or their time. I absolutely cannot recommend this place. If you value your time and expect fair treatment, you should look elsewhere. The service was appalling and showed a total lack of basic customer care.

Excellent Barbers, Long Wait Times

The service here is fantastic, and the barbers are quite skilled—I'm really pleased with my haircut. However, the waiting time is excessively long. It's not the best choice if you're in a rush; I had to wait more than an hour and a half. While I wouldn't recommend it for a quick trim, it's definitely worth it if you have some time to kill.
