Terrible experience with unprofessional service
This was by far the worst salon experience I've ever encountered. If you value your time or expect even basic professionalism, steer clear of this place and the owner, Harsha Arabage. I scheduled my appointment almost TWO MONTHS ahead because I was traveling from abroad. I even confirmed the booking the day before, and they assured me to come in. However, upon my arrival, I was informed they could not accommodate me as they chose to prioritize wedding clients instead. What was the purpose of confirming my appointment multiple times? Why waste a customer's time like this? I showed them the WhatsApp messages confirming my appointment, and they acknowledged it was indeed confirmed. Their reasoning? I was supposed to call AGAIN on the day of my appointment. I had already mentioned I was traveling internationally. How could I make calls while being on a plane? I've never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful conduct from any salon before. If you can't manage appointments effectively, then don't confirm bookings at all. It seems regular customers don't matter to them unless you're a celebrity or someone they can use for publicity and social media. Instead of pursuing views with actors and actresses, perhaps they should first learn to treat paying customers with the honesty and respect they deserve. Overall, completely disappointing, unreliable, and unprofessional service. I urge you to reconsider before booking with this hairdresser, Harsha Arabage.
