    Exceptional Service at Clear Vision

    I had a fantastic experience at Clear Vision today. The staff, especially a gentleman named Fizer, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and patient, allowing me all the time I needed to try on various frames until I found the perfect pair. I was pleasantly surprised that I could pick up my glasses the same day. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. I highly recommend Clear Vision to anyone in search of great service and quality eyewear. Thank you!!!

    Exceptional Service and Honesty

    I had an excellent experience at Clear Vision Family Eye Care. Their prices are some of the best in Colombo, and the service is quick and efficient. A few days ago, I needed a minor repair, and the staff took care of it promptly without charging me. This really demonstrated their honesty and genuine concern for customers. I visited again today because I was flying to China and had only one day to fix my glasses. They completed everything the same day and even called me once it was ready for pickup. I was genuinely impressed by their speed and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

    Exceptional Service at Clear Vision

    I had a fantastic experience at Clear Vision. My mother was set to fly the very next day, and we suddenly realized she urgently needed new glasses. I called multiple optical shops, but none could prepare the spectacles in such a short time frame. Then I reached out to Clear Vision, and Mr. Faizer immediately took charge of our situation. He assured me he would do everything possible to have the glasses ready before my mother's flight. He promised they would be ready by 7:00 p.m., but to our surprise, they were done by 5:00 p.m.! Throughout the entire process, Mr. Faizer was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He patiently assisted us in selecting the right frame and lenses, provided honest recommendations, kept us in the loop, and ensured everything was just right. My mother was thrilled with her new glasses—they really made a significant difference for her. The pricing was also quite fair, especially given the urgent service they offered. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer care and commitment we received. I wholeheartedly recommend Clear Vision to anyone seeking quality service, fair prices, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Mr. Faizer, for going the extra mile!

    Excellent Service and Great Prices

    I had an amazing experience at Clear Vision. I went there after reading the fantastic reviews, and they certainly lived up to the hype. Mr. Faizer was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing the right lens and frame. The prices were excellent too. I highly recommend this place. Edit: The service was so impressive that I returned for a second pair for sports just two months later🙃
