Fantastic Experience at Eric Rajapaksha
Last month, we visited the Dehiwela branch of Eric Rajapaksha Opticians (ER) for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent service for their optical needs. As soon as my wife and I entered, we were warmly welcomed by Optometrist Anoma. She took the time to present us with various frame and lens options that would fit my style. I was particular about finding something that matched my budget and looked good, so I appreciated Anoma's patience in helping us find the right choice. I ultimately went with Rover frames and S-series lenses, which she explained had advantages over my previous e-series lenses. Additionally, Anoma went above and beyond by checking my wife's eyesight, even though we hadn’t asked for it. She recommended a pair of reading glasses for her, which my wife is thrilled about. To top it off, we received a raffle coupon for a chance to win two pairs of sunglasses. To our delight, Anoma later called to inform us that we won! We picked up the sunglasses just a few days ago. Our experience at ER showed that Anoma is knowledgeable and skilled, making her a valuable asset to Eric Rajapaksha Opticians, along with the other staff member who handled payments.
