Accessibility Issues and Heat
1. There’s no lift available, forcing patients to navigate stairs even if they have mobility issues. 2. The stairs aren’t wheelchair accessible, leaving patients with no choice but to either climb or be carried. 3. The cash counter is located on the ground floor, meaning you have to keep going up and down the stairs to settle your bills. 4. The environment is uncomfortably hot, and there are no fans to alleviate the situation.

Terrible service, avoid at all costs
The service here was extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We needed to get a test done for my mother, and when we asked for details, a person named Munasinha misled us about the test's availability, claiming it couldn't be found in any general hospitals, yet still took our money. However, when we went to the general hospital, the doctors were able to provide the test.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication
I was informed that the doctor was coming, and they even called to confirm and processed my payment. However, the doctor never showed up. There was a lack of updates, no accountability, and communication was extremely lacking. This is totally unacceptable and unfair to customers. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
