    Horrible experience at pet care hospital

    I had an awful experience at this pet care hospital. Their inadequate treatment led to the loss of my beloved pet. The facility was extremely dirty, and my pet ended up contracting a virus due to their poor hygiene practices. It feels like they prioritize profit over the well-being of the animals, treating pets merely as a source of income. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. If you care about your cat or any other pet, stay far away from here. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted 🤮🤮

    Exceptional Veterinary Care at Lady J Care

    Dr. Jithmi at Lady J Care is an amazing and compassionate veterinarian. She skillfully treated my dog's skin rash, and thanks to her effective treatment, my dog is now back to being happy and healthy. Dr. Jithmi took the time to explain everything thoroughly and offered outstanding service. I truly admire her commitment and highly recommend Lady J Care to all pet owners!

    Heartbreaking experience at this vet clinic

    I urge you to reconsider before visiting this veterinary clinic. It seems the two doctors are more focused on profits than the well-being of your pets. The facility itself is quite unhygienic, making it unsafe for anyone. We ended up spending Rs.14,000, but tragically, our beloved Lilly passed away. It felt like a scam. We called the clinic for the first time, and they promised to send someone to our home since our dog's condition was worsening. After waiting an hour, we had to call again, only to be told to come in ourselves. That was both frustrating and heartbreaking. Once we arrived, they administered numerous injections to our dog without explaining why. We arrived around 11:30 am, and despite our concerns, they continued with the injections until 7:00 pm, bringing out a whole tray of them. My mom questioned the safety of the treatment, but the female doctor responded arrogantly. During the injection process, my dog vomited blood twice, and when we asked her to stop, she remained dismissive. After returning home, Lilly vomited blood three more times. We tried everything we could to help her, but nothing worked, and she sadly passed away around 6:00 am. Those moments were some of the most devastating in my life.

    Avoid this clinic for your pets

    I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. My beloved kitten died after receiving multiple injections here. If you truly care about your pets, please steer clear of this place, especially for treating various cat viruses.

    Disappointing and Overpriced Service

    I was quite let down by the service I received. The treatment lasted only about five minutes, yet I ended up with a hefty bill. The quality of the treatment was poor and didn’t justify the cost. It felt like the primary goal was to make money instead of offering genuine care and attention to animals. Overall, the service felt rushed, overpriced, and left me unsatisfied. Given my experience, I would not suggest this place to anyone.
