    Grateful for Exceptional Pet Care

    I'm really thankful to Dr. Rohan Perera and his colleague for saving my cat's life. When I found my pet in such a helpless state, I felt completely lost. A Tuk Tuk driver took me to this clinic, which is said to be the best in Negombo, staffed by highly experienced doctors. Nowadays, many clinics may look good and have a strong brand, but often the doctors lack real experience. Dr. Rohan Perera has an incredible mind. He acted without hesitation and did everything possible to save my little animal. I'm truly grateful. If you encounter any issues with your pets, don't hesitate to come here. Trust me, your pet will be in safe hands!

    Terrible experience with vet Rohan

    I lost my dog today because of the so-called doctor, Rohan. He was treating my pet for stomach irritation, only to find out later that he actually had parvo virus. Instead of addressing the issue, the doctor spent more time bragging about his experience. We took our dog to another vet, and after explaining the symptoms, they quickly confirmed he had the virus. Unfortunately, it was too late to save him. If you care about your pet, please avoid this place...

    Kind vets but inadequate care

    I’m giving one star because the two vets are very kind and sympathetic. I’m adding another star since they don’t seem solely focused on charging as much as possible for their services. However, despite visiting daily for two weeks to have my dog’s leg wound bandaged, my dog sadly passed away because the vets couldn’t connect other unrelated symptoms to a proper diagnosis. They didn’t find it necessary to perform blood tests, which meant the right medications weren’t provided. Just three days before my dog died, I drove to Matara and consulted a UK vet who conducted blood tests and provided results, a diagnosis, and the correct medications within 30 minutes. It turned out my dog had two blood parasites. Tragically, she died two days later as her conditions were too advanced. If these tests and diagnoses had been done even a week earlier, my dog might have survived with the right treatment. It’s hard to fully blame the vets, as they are all trained at the country’s only veterinary college in Kandy and the overall quality seems low, similar to what I’ve experienced with over 15 vets in Sri Lanka with my dogs and cats. Vets here tend to treat symptoms without the skill to investigate further and identify the root causes. My dog died from something that was treatable, resulting in a completely unnecessary loss of a nine-month-old puppy. What else can I say?
