We had one of our female dogs spayed, and the experience was excellent. The veterinarians were both gentle and professional. Everything went smoothly, and we are thankful to Dr. Mr. & Mrs. Ratnayake.

I found my experience with this veterinary surgeon to be extremely disappointing. After spending time with animals, it appears she has begun treating people like animals as well—showing a complete lack of basic courtesy or communication skills. When I attempted to book an appointment, I encountered nothing but arrogance and unprofessionalism. She was dismissive, rude, and behaved as if she was doing us a favor. There was absolutely no consideration for the worries of pet owners. The service was disorganized, poor, and frankly, pathetic. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pet and expects respectful and humane treatment.

I strongly advise against this vet unless you have a high-breed pet. My experiences with local breed pets have been terrible. On my first visit, I was extremely disappointed. Sadly, I had to return for my pets, and during that visit, one of them passed away. I feel that the vet could have saved my pet but instead administered an injection without trying any treatment first, which led to its death. I’ve been here several times with my sister and have seen this pattern happen repeatedly. If your pet's life matters to you, please don't choose this vet. She seems to have no interest in saving your pet, focusing only on high breeds. The loss of my pet in 2020 still hurts deeply.

The posted business hours indicate 8:30 am, but I waited outside for 10 minutes without seeing the doctor arrive. As a medical professional, it's crucial to be accountable for your actions. If you can't adhere to the schedule, please consider updating the hours.
