I encountered the rudest lady doctor I've ever met. She lacks the skills to communicate properly with patients and is equally disrespectful to her staff. If you're looking for an unforgettable negative experience, this is the place to go.

Extremely unpleasant. The staff lacks organization. The dentist doesn't communicate well and seems irresponsible. A lot of people's time is wasted. A selfish and careless doctor. Avoid this place, even if you have no alternatives.

This dental clinic truly feels like a complete waste of time. The typical wait for a straightforward procedure ranges from 2 to 4 hours, and the lead doctor is quite ineffective. You end up feeling like you age while sitting there waiting to have your teeth addressed. Unless you have no other choices, it’s advisable to look elsewhere. There’s definitely enough room for two additional dentists to assist the primary one, but it seems she’s too focused on keeping all the income for herself.

🤮 This dentist acts like an owl in a lab coat—loud, gossiping, and utterly unprofessional. During peak COVID, her assistants wore masks that looked like chef's aprons, and she reused a syringe from another patient on me. She was juggling three patients at the same time. Instead of addressing my tooth issue, it felt like she was renovating my skull. To top it off, she spent a significant portion of the appointment arguing with her husband while grinding my cheek with a dental tool. Picture being vulnerable in a chair, bleeding, while an owl hurls insults at her husband next door. I’d give it zero stars unless you're in the mood for bird sounds, drama, and potential facial trauma.

While I was lying there with my mouth open, the dentist and her assistant chatted about everyone else. I got braces, and I suspect the woman messed them up. Every time I try to ask her about it, she completely ignores my questions. She doesn’t inquire about the issues, and her communication is lacking, overshadowed by her gossiping. Although her prices are lower than other dentists, the service reflects that. Most importantly, she was very unclean; she used the same glove that she had used on the patient next to me.
