I had a dreadful experience here – the prices are excessive and the service was lacking. I highly suggest looking for a different salon in town. I will definitely not return.

Friendly staff but limited colors
This cozy spot offered a pleasant experience. I got a manicure that included nail art, but I was disappointed by the limited selection of colors; there were only a few to choose from. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, and the quality of the manicure was solid. I would recommend it!

Disappointing Experience at Glamour Saloon
I had a really disappointing visit to Glamour Saloon. Despite their high prices, the service was far from professional or satisfactory. The staff appeared rushed and seemed uninterested in what I wanted. The haircut I ended up with was nothing like what I had requested. Additionally, the tools didn’t look properly sanitized, and the overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. What surprised me most was the final bill—they charged extra for services that were never mentioned beforehand. Given the prices they charge, I expected much better service, attention to detail, and basic customer care. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re seeking a quality haircut or professional treatment.

Disappointing haircut experience
My experience was incredibly disappointing. I requested a straightforward, clean haircut with a size 4 or 5 on the sides, but the barber completely disregarded my request. Instead, he used only scissors and a comb, lacking any professional tools or clippers. The end result? One side is flat while the other is uneven and poorly cut. It looks rushed and unprofessional. To top it off, I was charged Rs. 1000 for this subpar service, which is absolutely not worth it. This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I certainly won’t be returning and wouldn’t advise anyone seeking a professional haircut to go here.

Disappointing Wedding Day Experience
I hired this salon for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding, and it was a complete letdown. To start, their prices are steep and certainly not justified. They quoted us a price for hair, makeup, and dressing, and gave us an appointment time for these services the day before the wedding. Yet, when we showed up early in the morning at the scheduled time, they were busy giving haircuts to other clients. Only two staff members were available to help dress five people, and shockingly, they didn’t even know how to tie a tie, which is a basic skill for formal attire. Despite the subpar service, they still charged us high prices for dressing. Due to their disorganized and unprofessional approach, we ended up being delayed by an hour for our morning photoshoot. Ultimately, our photographer had to tie our ties because the salon staff couldn’t handle it. I would never recommend this untrained and careless salon to anyone.
