Terrible experience at this institute

This is the worst private institute in Sri Lanka. The management is shameful with extremely limited facilities—actually, there are virtually none. It’s a terrible experience overall; they take your money yet provide no conducive environment for studying. There’s hardly a proper space to jot down notes—just one chair that barely supports half of your body! The labs are sweltering hot as they don’t even have air conditioning. The lab’s AC has been broken for quite some time and hasn’t been repaired. It’s really challenging for students to focus here. The Awurudu Uthsawa organized was the worst I’ve ever attended. Additionally, there’s a skinny girl at the reception who is rude and unhelpful. She seems busy doing nothing and acts annoyed when we ask her questions. The campus is terrible, with a cramped lab where 9 to 10 students are expected to share only 4 computers. I strongly advise against coming here.

Frustrating experience with certificate issuance

I completed my IT diploma course last year, finishing all the exams, assignments, and my final project while waiting for my certificate to be issued. Initially, they assured us that they would notify us as soon as the certificate was ready. However, I was recently told that I hadn’t completed the exams or other requirements, and I’m now being advised to redo everything to receive my certificate. It’s disappointing to see such poor management of student records. This has been a complete waste of my time and money 😒😠.
