This place is an excellent option for IELTS preparation and children's education. It offers facilities such as a library and computer access. You can borrow books from the British Council's mini library by signing up for a membership, which comes in various types.

The services here are outstanding. I took my IELTS with them and encountered no issues at all during my exams. Their library offers a solid selection of books that members can use. While I only focused on IELTS-related materials, there are plenty of other titles available. The one downside is the 1000 rupee fine for not returning a book within a week.

This is a fantastic place with wonderful people. I really appreciate their Sunday morning Story Telling Session for kids at 9 am. It's a captivating approach to teaching. I highly recommend this spot for English language studies. In my opinion, it's the best place in Jaffna to learn English.

The environment is well organized, and everything runs on schedule. It’s well-equipped and offers good value for the money. Customer care was excellent, and the staff appeared to be very supportive. The British Council Jaffna provides excellent educational services, making it a fantastic place for children to learn. The staff is professional, the facilities are kept in good condition, and the teaching quality is impressive. However, there is a noticeable issue with the seating area for parents during their children's classes. Given the current warm weather, it can get quite uncomfortable to stay there for extended periods. It would be beneficial if the British Council could either enhance the comfort of the waiting area or find another solution. Aside from this, everything else is well-organized, and the learning environment is superb. I hope to see some improvements in this area soon!
