Great Food Selection, Poor Staff Behavior

This place offers a wide range of foods, especially international cuisine. Their baking items and tools are priced very affordably. The quality of the food is good, and they provide large quantity packs for restaurant purchases. However, I can't recommend the behavior of the staff, particularly at the cash register. They tend to loudly criticize past customers and make jokes, which feels very unprofessional. I hope the management considers providing them with some training. Overall, it's a good spot for buying food.

Disappointing shopping experience

I'm really let down by my visit. First off, they don't allow customers to bring their handbags inside, which is super inconvenient. On top of that, the security officer was quite rude. The store itself didn't impress me either; there was a lack of product variety. All in all, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good shopping experience.

Local supermarket with plenty of rice, packaged food, cosmetics, etc. Not very modern, but sufficient.

Poor customer service experience

I had a very disappointing encounter with a woman at the cake section. Her attitude and the way she spoke to customers lacked friendliness and professionalism. I really hope the management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training for their staff. Additionally, the cashiers could benefit from improving their interactions with customers. A simple smile, greeting, and polite communication would make a significant difference. Overall, this was my worst experience at Pagoma Galle (seaside). 👎👎👎
