I ordered through Uber Eats, but my delivery was wrong. I requested an eggless vanilla cake but got an eggless chocolate cake instead, and it didn't taste good. Additionally, the menu showed a 2L soda, but I only received a 1.5L bottle. Please address this issue and take the necessary steps.

This bakery and cake shop in Jaffna is quite impressive. It was my first visit, and I found the taste to be decent, with cake prices being fairly average. There are just two tables for dining in, but the lighting is pleasant and the service is welcoming and cheerful.

This is a great spot to grab some quality cake and bread in Jaffna town. Rolex has been a recognized brand for quite some time, and the food quality here is impressive. It's also conveniently located not far from the town center.

At Rolex Pack Market, the brand name speaks for itself, and their cakes are nothing short of royal. I particularly loved the black cake; it looked amazing! The balance of ingredients like powder and sugar was spot on, making it delicious. I also tried the pineapple cake, which was very tasty.
