    Mixed Feelings About the Staff

The front office staff seems to be lacking in care. They don't seem to value us anymore. On a positive note, the lectures are enjoyable, and the instructors are very friendly towards us.

    Concerns Over Additional Certificate Fee

Management has informed us that an extra payment of Rs. 9,000 is required for the final exam certificate. We would like to understand the justification for this charge. We suggest that the certificates be made available at the Matara branch to ease the financial strain on parents. The expenses and logistics involved in traveling to the BMICH are considerable and unmanageable for many families. We feel this alternative would be a more thoughtful and accessible option.
