This is an impressive supermarket in the Kotte area with high-quality products and prompt service. The staff is very friendly and supportive, providing great customer service. They ensure a safe and secure shopping experience during the pandemic, strictly adhering to all COVID guidelines. I highly recommend this supermarket.

Essential items were not in good shape, and the staff didn't seem focused on customer service. It’s best to avoid this store for your needs.

I stopped by to pick up some essentials, including vegetables, at this supermarket located just a few meters from the Pitakotte junction. They offer a variety of items beyond the typical supermarket fare. Since it was around New Year, they had sweet meats at reasonable prices. Additionally, I found bakery goods like breads, buns, and Naan rotis. The service was good, and there’s parking available right in front of the store, along with free street parking.

On August 7th at around 3:30 PM, I had an interaction with a girl at the first cashier on the left who went out of her way to assist me by providing some ice cubes for my father's medicine. The pharmacy was out of regiform containers, and this girl was genuinely concerned and eager to help. I really appreciate her kindness. Additionally, your staff has always been very friendly, including the security officers. Please extend my thanks to the girl at the cashier.

Laughs SuperMart Pitakotte stands out as an excellent grocery store, especially since it operates 24 hours a day, providing great convenience for those late-night or early-morning shopping needs. What truly impressed me was the outstanding customer service. On my first visit, I was on the hunt for a Coke Zero and couldn't find it on the shelves or in the refrigerators. When I reached out to a staff member, she exceeded my expectations by thoroughly checking the shelves and even going to the back storage to look for it. Her dedication and helpfulness really made a positive impact on my experience. The supermarket also features a small pharmacy and bakery, which adds to its convenience. During my visit around 7:30 p.m., I noticed that the bakery was running a buy-one-get-one-free deal on savory items. I’m unsure if this is a daily offer or a special promotion, but it certainly provided great value. In summary, this supermarket is well-stocked with friendly staff, convenient features, and the bonus of being open all day and night. I highly recommend it to anyone nearby.
