Poor management and unprofessional staff
I had a dreadful experience at British Way English Academy. The management is severely lacking, and the staff coordinator displays a high level of unprofessionalism. She struggles with basic communication and fails to effectively coordinate with the teachers. Rather than fostering a supportive learning atmosphere, the chaos and lack of professionalism create a frustrating environment for students. If you're truly committed to learning English, I highly suggest finding a different academy that prioritizes its students and upholds a professional standard. This place is a total waste of both time and money!
