    Terrible experience at IELTS center

    This is the worst place to take the IELTS. I had to wait exactly seven extra days to get my results. I attempted to reach them by phone, but they didn't respond at all during that time. I also sent two emails and three messages, yet received no replies. To make matters worse, my name on the certificate was incorrect, despite having sent them a scanned copy of my passport with the right details. I ended up having to pay extra to correct the mistake, even though it wasn't my fault. Their contact information is inadequate as well. After persistent attempts to get in touch, they informed me that they wouldn't take any responsibility for my situation. I cannot recommend this center for the IELTS; avoid taking your exams here.

    Disappointing IELTS Coaching Experience

    This is the worst IELTS coaching center I've encountered. I attended just two classes, and honestly, the lectures were so dull that they nearly put me to sleep. The instructors spend half the time bragging about themselves instead of teaching us the necessary techniques. When students ask questions, the lecturers seem annoyed. Their main approach is to have us work through the Cambridge IELTS book without properly explaining the exam writing methods. I voiced my concerns after the very first class, and they suggested I try another session, which turned out to be even worse. Eventually, they agreed to refund me half of what I paid, but it took a month and multiple calls to actually receive it. The administration lures students in with promises of unlimited classes, but honestly, one lecture is hardly worth attending. Don't fall for the unlimited class gimmick. If you're serious about learning, it might be better to invest your money elsewhere and avoid their pointless stories.

    Excellent Educational Agent for Students

    This was the best educational agent I've ever worked with. They were dedicated throughout the entire process and maintained a transparent approach. There were no hidden fees, and they don't charge students at all. Communication was a breeze, especially with Miss Tharushi, who handled our procedure very kindly on behalf of Mr. Kasun. We never had any worries or questions during the whole process until our visa was approved. They kept in touch at every stage and guided us throughout. I highly recommend them to anyone dreaming of studying abroad and for those preparing for the IELTS exam.
