Poor student service experience

The receptionists seem indifferent to students' time. No 0 is an excellent institution with impressive facilities, and I've always held it in high regard. However, today I attended a com.maths class (though I arrived a bit late) and found no one available to discuss fee payments. I was left waiting outside while my class was ongoing, waiting for someone responsible for payments to assist me. This clearly shows that staff do not prioritize students' education. I'm trying to express my concerns as politely as possible.

Terrible Service, Only Teacher Keeps Me Here

If I could, I’d give zero stars. The staff here are arrogant and waste students’ time. They show no concern at all. The customer service is terrible. The only reason I’m here is because the teacher is excellent and not available elsewhere. Otherwise, I wouldn’t suggest this place at all.
