    Excellent Service at Queens Salon

    About four weeks ago, I visited Queens Salon to get my hair done. From the moment I booked my appointment, the service was outstanding. Lishara, the manager, along with Nisansala and the entire team, were friendly and truly dedicated to ensuring I left happy. Given the state of my hair, they had to stay later than usual and took their time, showing great patience. They even offered me several refreshments to keep me comfortable during the process. A big thank you to Lishara, Nisansala, and everyone at Queens Salon in Galle.

    Poor customer service experience

    I had a really disappointing experience with customer service. We reached out to the salon ahead of time to clarify details about the dressing service, including prices and arrangements. While three of us initially planned to attend, only two of us ended up going, and we paid in full for the two who received the service. They required the entire payment, which isn’t usually the case. Despite paying in full, the treatment we received at the salon was quite disheartening. We had to wait, and the attitude from the staff made us feel more like an inconvenience than valued customers. The quality of the service is important, but how customers are treated is equally crucial. Sadly, this wasn’t the experience we had hoped for.👎

    Refreshing Experience at the Salon

    This was my fourth visit to the salon for skincare, and I enjoyed it even more today thanks to their newly refreshed look. The ambiance is incredibly calming and relaxing, which enhances the entire experience. The team is friendly and well-trained, and the prices are quite reasonable. With this new vibe, I’m definitely inspired to come back every month. It’s such a lovely place to unwind and pamper yourself ❤️🥰

    Mixed experience at the salon

    I went to your salon on June 4, 2026, for my cousin’s wedding, and I have to say the makeup service was stunning and worth the cost. On the other hand, I was quite let down by the gel nails service. I had my gel nails done on June 3, 2026, but they were already broken by the next day. Given the price I paid, the quality was disappointing, and I was hoping for much better durability.
