I felt really uncomfortable today because of the staff, particularly a male employee. They treated us poorly, especially the guy from Kananke, who has a large tattoo on his arm. His treatment of customers was quite bad. Additionally, my haircut was not done well; they seemed to do whatever they liked. I cannot recommend this place.

I had my hair rebonded, but it ended up very damaged. In the past, I had a great experience at Master Cut female salon, but this time I went to a male salon and the results were disappointing. My hair lacks the smooth, straight look I expected from a rebonding treatment. Instead, it appears dry and damaged.

I experienced really unsatisfactory service. On August 20, 2026, I went in for a haircut and beard trim at this salon. I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for my turn. The barbers seemed to choose customers at random and cut hair based on their own preferences. To make matters worse, they didn't call anyone in a polite manner. It feels like there's no management at all here.

I had my nails done last July, and they turned out beautiful, lasting a long time. The staff was very talented. My sisters and mom also got pedicures, threading, and hair coloring, and everything went smoothly for them as well. I highly recommend this place! ✅

I had my wedding grooming done at Master Cut Salon, and it was an exceptional experience. The service was professional and friendly, going above and beyond my expectations. I want to give a special shoutout to Nirosh for his outstanding work and warm demeanor. He offered a fantastic solution for my hair loss issues using hair fibers, and the results were impressive. Additionally, I appreciate Mr. Janaka for his excellent service and meticulous attention to detail. The makeup artist and facial specialist were also very talented and did an amazing job. The entire team made me feel at ease and confident on my big day. I strongly recommend Master Cut Salon to anyone in need of top-notch grooming services, especially for weddings and special events.
