The staff here are friendly, but I had a frustrating experience with my hair color appointment. When I scheduled my visit, I specifically asked if they had experience with blond western hair and they confidently assured me they did. Unfortunately, the end result was not what I hoped for; I wanted my grey roots covered but they used the wrong product and it made my hair look worse instead.

I had the best waxing here! They used a new pot of high-quality wax directly from the tin. The attention to detail was impressive, ensuring they removed every hair. After waxing, I even got my face threaded, which was also excellent. The wash and blow dry that followed was very good too. It's a basic salon, but the lovely staff did an outstanding job overall.

I want to express my gratitude for the service we received today. I went in with two friends, and we all got exactly what we were hoping for. We all opted for eyebrow shaping, and I specifically needed a hair treatment after spending four months in Asia. They provided a special conditioning treatment that took just 30 minutes and significantly improved my hair. They also suggested some products for me to use moving forward to maintain its health. We’re all thrilled with the service we experienced here. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, which made it easy to communicate our individual needs.

I was really pleased with both the haircut and the service! The stylist who worked on my hair is truly talented and delivered exactly what I wanted. She uses quality products and materials, plus she speaks English well. The salon is air-conditioned, which is a nice touch.
