My journey into CA began with Online Accounting, and it was undoubtedly the best choice I could have made. Their support empowered me with the confidence I needed to approach my exams without any fear. One of the standout features is the unlimited access to lecture videos until the exam date; this was crucial in helping me pass my exams. My experience with this institute has been very disappointing. Before I enrolled, I was promised that my questions would be answered and that I would receive proper academic support. However, after starting the course, my inquiries were consistently ignored, and I got little to no meaningful assistance. When I encountered real personal challenges and sought an alternative solution, I was only met with repeated policy statements, with no effort made to understand my circumstances or provide any flexibility. An educational institution should focus on supporting its students rather than merely reiterating policies. As someone who is paying for this education, I expected professionalism, prompt communication, and true academic guidance. Regrettably, my experience fell short of those expectations. I sincerely hope the institute takes steps to enhance its student support and communication so that future students do not endure the same disappointing experience.
