    Extremely Disappointed with Student Support

    I would honestly rate this place zero stars if I could. Don't be fooled by their exemptions and promotions. The student support is the worst I've ever experienced, and they don't respond properly to important emails. Even when there are technical issues on their end, they refuse to issue refunds. The exam director is rarely at her desk, and she comes across as cunning and unfair. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this institute.

    Great Course for Management Accountants

    I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to qualify as a management accountant. The course fee is reasonable, and the syllabus is up-to-date. The LMS system is user-friendly and truly helpful. However, it does seem that the general recognition of the CMA is somewhat underrated compared to other professional courses.

    Poor response and accessibility issues

    I encountered a disappointing response when trying to reach your office. Even though the recorded message indicates that you’re open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the general phone line doesn’t seem to answer calls after 3:00 p.m. Moreover, students' calls often go unanswered, which is quite inconvenient. From Tuesday, the 11th, to Monday, the 17th, I attempted to contact the Exemption Division regarding my exemption issue, but no one picked up at any time. Please address this matter promptly and ensure that calls are answered during your stated hours so that students can get the help they need. Not all students are fresh out of school, and many of us have limited availability to call during working hours.

    Exceptional Support for Overseas Students

    I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to CMA Sri Lanka for the outstanding support they offer to students. As an international student, their support system has truly made my educational experience much more manageable. The institute has dedicated WhatsApp contacts for various matters, including the Examination Division, Student Support, Worldwide Student Group, and the Computer Centre. Whenever I require help, I get quick responses, which is extremely beneficial while studying from abroad. The flexibility and guidance from the institute have allowed me to balance my studies with my full-time job and family obligations effectively. I also greatly appreciate the lectures delivered directly by the institute. They are practical, well-organized, and have greatly improved my knowledge and comprehension. In the last two years, I've gained so much from CMA Sri Lanka. I now just have the Strategic Level left, and I’m truly enjoying my studies without undue stress. Thank you, CMA Sri Lanka, for fostering such a supportive learning atmosphere and for making quality professional education accessible to students both in Sri Lanka and globally.
