    Frustrating experience with online exam

    This was the most disorganized math exam experience I've ever had. We received incorrect usernames and passwords, forcing us to wait over three hours for them to fix it. Even after that, we still couldn’t log in. They scheduled another session for a weekend at 9:30 p.m., but again we waited an hour and the examiner didn’t log in on time, leaving our kids tired and frustrated. We ultimately decided to give up on the exam. It was truly disappointing.

    Terrible service experience

    This has been one of the worst organizations we've ever dealt with. My son signed up for the SMC competition, but the credentials provided didn’t work. We attempted to contact them through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email, but received no response whatsoever. Extremely poor service.

    After paying the registration fees, I received no clear communication about the exams. They never answer the phone and don’t respond on WhatsApp either. Save your money and look elsewhere.

    Disappointing experience with Sri Lanka Olympiad

    We find that Dr. Chanakya Wijeratne and the Sri Lanka Olympiad administration have provided a very unsatisfactory experience for both students and parents. When looking into the Sri Lanka Olympiad, Chanakya Wijeratne, the Olympiad Foundation Sri Lanka, and academic competitions at universities, it is clear that professionalism, transparency, and respectful communication were significantly lacking in our case. We believe that students involved in the Sri Lanka Olympiad programs deserve to be treated with fairness, dignity, and integrity. Regrettably, we encountered poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and what seemed to be a lack of accountability. In our view, the administration did not meet the standards one would expect from an academic institution linked to university education in Sri Lanka. Parents and students who are thinking about entering Sri Lanka Olympiad competitions should take the time to evaluate the administration, management practices, and overall professionalism before getting involved.

    Frustrating experience with poor support

    I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were not helpful and the communication was really lacking. They took a long time to respond, and the overall organization felt unprofessional. The classes and guidance fell short of what I expected, especially given the fees. Everything seemed disorganized and confusing. I anticipated much better from a mathematics foundation with such a reputation. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they significantly improve their management and student support.
