I went to Candella for a cataract surgery for a close family member. The procedure was well organized, and the staff appeared to be highly qualified, offering excellent customer service. They treated patients with care and paid attention to detail. Throughout the process, the staff kept in contact with the guardian. The ward was clean and tidy, allowing patients to rest comfortably before surgery. I've had a bad experience at Osro Hospital for the same surgery, so I can say that Candella did a much better job in comparison. However, my experience with Candella Opticals was disappointing. I went there to order spectacles and asked if they provided pouches and cleaning cloths with the glasses. They assured me they would. When I picked up the order, I was given the specs in a plastic bag without any protection. When I asked about the pouches, they informed me they weren't available but would call me when they were, which I never received. Yet, when I returned to the store, I found they had pouches in stock. This lack of follow-through is quite unprofessional and reflects poorly on their customer service. Because of this experience, I've decided to lower my rating to 2 stars and wouldn't recommend their optical services to anyone.

I went to Candela Private Hospital today for my uncle’s eye emergency, and sadly, it was quite disappointing. We had to wait about 25 minutes for the outpatient doctor. When I inquired with a nurse, she let me know that the doctor was on lunch and asked us to hold on. Given that this was an emergency eye injury, I expected faster medical attention. Eventually, another nurse attended to my uncle, but the doctor only showed up after everything was done. In emergency situations, patients shouldn’t be left waiting without adequate medical oversight. While I recognize that doctors need breaks, urgent cases should take precedence. I hope the hospital management can enhance their response system for emergencies moving forward.
