This government hospital offers free health services and is the largest facility in the Kegalle district, providing all essential services, including ICUs. However, the buildings and infrastructure are not well-kept, making many areas appear unkempt and disorganized. Despite these issues, it remains a vital resource for the residents of Kegalle.
