Terrible service and cleanliness
This establishment shows no regard for its patrons. It's extremely unclean, and the nurses act as if they own the place. The service is absolutely terrible. 😡😡😡

Unprofessional and Arrogant Doctor
I had a dreadful experience with Dr. Devika Suraweera at Arogya in Kegalle. My wife and I waited over 2 hours past our appointment time. When we finally met her, the consultation felt like a joke. She came across as very arrogant and dismissive, more focused on flaunting her status and accent than on practicing medicine. During the appointment, she didn’t even come close to me; she remained 2 meters away. How can a doctor make a proper diagnosis without a physical examination? It seemed like, even with a nurse present, she was repulsed at the thought of being near her patients. Save your consultation fee and look for a doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being and values your time.

Severe mosquito issue at Kegalle
The mosquito situation at Kegalle Arogya Medical Center is intolerable. Patients visit to heal, but instead, they find themselves concerned about contracting new illnesses due to the awful mosquito infestation. This matter requires immediate action.

Inefficient Service at Arogya Channeling Center
I scheduled an appointment with Orthopaedic Specialist Dr. Vidura today for 4:00 PM at Arogya Channeling Center. When I got there and finished the payment, it was already 4:23 PM and the doctor hadn't shown up yet. The doctor finally arrived around 5:25 PM. During that wait, we kept checking in at reception about when he would arrive, but the staff kept saying he would be there in 10-15 minutes, which just dragged out the wait and wasted patients' time. Furthermore, unlike other channeling centers in Kegalle, this one doesn't offer an SMS notification service to let patients know when the doctor is present. This isn’t the first time I've had a disappointing experience here. I strongly recommend that potential patients think twice before coming to this center, as their service is extremely inefficient. People who pay for consultations shouldn't have to endure such long waits. It might be better to get treatment at government hospitals or other more patient-friendly channeling centers in Kegalle.
