    Excellent Chemistry Tutoring in Colombo

This is the top spot for A/L Chemistry in Colombo. I highly recommend it to any A/L student. The teaching methods here are extremely effective.

    Great tutor with high expectations

Mr. Bandara is a top-notch Advanced Level (A/L) English medium Chemistry tutor in the city. Many students find his classes challenging because he has certain expectations that they need to meet. He requires all his students to dedicate a specified number of hours to studying outside of school, which can be a tough target to hit, though it's not impossible. He has a strict approach and actively encourages students who aren't meeting his standards. In fact, he refunds the fees to any student who fails to perform as expected. His goal isn't just to help students achieve an 'A' in Chemistry but also to excel in their other subjects too. The accomplishments of his students are truly impressive.

Transformative Experience in Bandara Sir's Class

Typically, I don’t share my thoughts on public platforms, but I felt the need to express my experience after reading a particular comment. Throughout my schooling, I struggled academically, and I chose physical science for my A-levels because of family pressure. After a year of online A-level classes due to COVID-19, I nearly gave up. Bandara Sir’s class began in January 2022, nearly a year after the online sessions ended. Honestly, I wasn’t looking forward to attending based on what I had heard from my school about him. Surprisingly, the subject I feared the most became the one I felt most confident in. I studied all three subjects using his methods. Everyone who knew me (except for friends and teachers I met after online learning) was shocked by my results. I got accepted into the UOM engineering faculty (MPR). Furthermore, Bandara Sir is definitely not a racist. He taught us about Buddhism and our ethnicity but has never disrespected any other religion or race.
