    Exceptional Service for Certificate Retrieval

    Living in the UK with my husband, we married in Sri Lanka many years ago. Unfortunately, our marriage certificate was damaged, and we needed a new verified copy. Navigating this was challenging since our certificate wasn't digitized. After several weeks of trying to reach out to the London consulate and Sri Lankan registrars, we received no clear answers and were starting to feel quite anxious. As a last resort, I reached out to Verangi Vithanage via WhatsApp for assistance. To my surprise, she responded quickly and went above and beyond by driving 1.5 hours to the Notary for certified copies, which she also had translated into English at a very reasonable price. She was available to communicate day and night on WhatsApp and kept me in the loop with updates, including videos and pictures. Additionally, she wrote a letter confirming her actions. Verangi was not only courteous and efficient but also incredibly hardworking. I would rate her service 6 stars if I could! From the moment I contacted her to the delivery of the certificates via courier to the UK took less than 10 days. I can't thank her enough for her outstanding service and would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you again; I can't express how relieved I am.
