Unprofessional Service Experience

I encountered extremely rude service! The person hung up on me, assuming I would refuse to pay the fees without even informing me of what those fees were. This was incredibly unprofessional. When I called back, hoping for an apology, I received the same dismissive attitude. If I could rate this with 0 stars, I definitely would. I'm willing to give another chance for a call back and an apology; if that happens, I might reconsider my review. However, I will never work with this rude and unprofessional individual again, and I advise you to think twice as well.
