I placed an order for a book online on December 8th, and as of today, the 31st, I still haven't received it. Every day, your customer service claims it will be delivered within the day. This is incredibly disappointing, and it feels like you don't take responsibility for ensuring timely delivery. We choose to order online for convenience, and I'm very let down. I won't be purchasing from Sarasavi again.

The customer service here is very disappointing. It seems like they don't care about their business at all. We had two awful experiences while trying to buy Cambridge syllabus books for my child. The staff appeared more focused on their own tasks than on assisting customers. I wouldn't recommend this place. Instead, I suggest visiting Jaya bookshop or Makeen; you'll notice a clear difference in service compared to Sarasavi.

I ordered a book from their website on January 7th, and while my payment went through, my order is still processing. When I called to ask about it, the department in charge of web orders hung up on me. The customer service is really poor.

I want to share my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding assistance I received from a staff member at Sarasavi recently. Currently residing in New Zealand, I tried to order the book "Yakshi" by Prof. Raj Somadeva through their online platform, but I faced difficulties as the website wouldn’t let me choose any delivery country other than Sri Lanka. After reaching out via the email listed on their site, I was quickly helped by Ms. Nadeeshani Gunawardena, the Web Administrator. She first walked me through the process of placing the order online, and when we discovered the issue was with the country selection, she generously offered to handle the order manually. She then provided me with a quotation for the book, including shipping to New Zealand. Once I made the payment, the delivery was arranged promptly, and I received the book today, well-packaged to prevent any damage. I must say, I have never encountered such a high level of service, attention, and professionalism from any Sri Lankan organization before. It truly surpassed my expectations. As a customer, I feel this effort deserves recognition, and I believe Sarasavi should appreciate and value staff members like Ms. Gunawardena. Her commitment and exceptional service have significantly enhanced Sarasavi’s positive reputation. I am confident that she offers the same quality of support to all customers who contact Sarasavi online.
