Disappointing Service Experience

I was left waiting for a long time at the print area. The customer service was lacking - the staff were polite but seemed to have no sense of urgency, as if they thought we could just sit around all day waiting for them. They were also quite unresponsive on WhatsApp. While the quality and variety of services offered are decent, it was overall quite disappointing to experience such a lack of service or at least not being informed about any waiting times.

Poor customer service experience

I strongly advise against using this place. A few weeks back, I ordered an item through Uber that turned out to be out of stock. When I got a call from a lady at the shop, she insisted that I had to select a replacement item. I made it clear that I didn't want a replacement and preferred to cancel the order for a refund, which is an option on Uber. Regardless, she kept insisting that the order couldn't be canceled and wouldn't listen to me. Ironically, that’s exactly what ended up happening later. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This reflects extremely poor customer service, and it’s evident she doesn't know how to properly handle customer interactions. If there's a problem with stock management and she chooses to argue instead of resolving it, that's a significant red flag. I certainly would not recommend this place.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

I had the worst experience ever. There’s a staff member named Susantha whose customer service is simply awful. He showed zero manners and lacked basic respect for customers. When I asked him a straightforward question, he had the nerve to respond, “Aren’t you lazy to read?”—seriously? This place is a joke. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in treating customers well. Instead of being helpful, they seem to enjoy putting you down. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

Two university girls and I visited the Nugegoda branch this morning, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had with customer service. One staff member, in particular, was shockingly rude. Instead of offering assistance, he yelled at one of my friends until she was in tears. When I tried to ask a question, he pointed his finger and started yelling at me too. No customer should ever endure such treatment, especially young women who just came in for help. The absence of professionalism, respect, and basic human decency was appalling. This was a distressing and terrible experience. I sincerely hope management intervenes because no one should have to face this. While not all staff may behave this way, it only takes one person to make customers feel unsafe and unwelcome. Young girls, please be cautious when visiting alone. I never anticipated being treated so horribly by customer service staff.
