Outstanding service at Nugegoda branch

I want to share my genuine gratitude for the fantastic service I experienced at your Nugegoda location. I was in urgent need of a book for school that I couldn't find anywhere else. When I reached out to the branch, the team quickly confirmed they had it available. I was especially impressed with the staff member handling the WhatsApp line, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Thanks to her assistance, I managed to set up delivery without needing to visit the store myself. I'm very pleased with the service I received. Thank you, Sinduja and Pethmi, for your amazing support!👌

Nostalgic Visit to Jeya Book Centre

I visited the Nugegoda branch of Jeya Book Centre yesterday after several years, having been a frequent customer in the past. It was fantastic to see the changes in the showroom, with clear enhancements to its layout, atmosphere, and overall shopping experience. The staff were friendly, accessible, and incredibly dedicated. Despite being busy with restocking shelves and preparing for the upcoming season, they still took the time to help me find the books I needed and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. Returning brought back many fond memories and a wave of nostalgia. A big thank you to the whole team for their outstanding service. I can't wait to come back soon! 💖
